We require all families to complete a virtual or in-person tour, where you can learn about our immersion program and educational approach, as well as share your family's needs and goals. After the tour, you may proceed with the next steps of enrollment.
Registration form
After the tour, you will receive a registration form through the Brightwheel app. If your registration is approved, you will be sent an invoice for the initial payment along with the enrollment packet.
Enrollment Packet
After we receive your registration form and initial payment, you will receive an email invitation to complete enrollment through the Brightwheel app. All forms must be completed and approved before your child’s first day.
First Payment
To secure enrollment, a $150 non-refundable registration fee and the first week’s tuition payment are required. Please, note both fees are non-refundable.
First Day
Before your child’s first day, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to know—what to bring, your personal security code, and helpful tips to ensure a smooth start. On the first day, you’ll also receive your GCS welcome backpack and key fob for easy check-in. We can’t wait to welcome you!
02. Application Requirement
Annual Physical and Immunization records
As part of the next steps, your child’s annual physical and up-to-date immunization records will be required in the enrollment packet.
Medical Consent (if aplicable)
A medical consent form will be required if your child needs medication administered during the day or has a specific health condition we should be aware of.
Parent Book
Becoming part of the GCS family means working together! Please take time to read our Parent Handbook—it’s a great way to learn how we care for children and partner with families.
Brightwheel Updates
We use the Brightwheel app to keep you connected with real-time updates throughout the day—photos, teacher messages, daily reports, meals, naps, and more. You’ll also receive important school announcements and reminders right through the app, so you’re always in the loop.

Corporate Program
Global Children School partners with local employers to offer exclusive childcare benefits for working families. Through our Corporate Partnership Program, companies can choose from two flexible options: a 5% tuition discount for employees or a shared tuition model where the employer covers 50% of the cost. These partnerships help businesses reduce absenteeism, boost employee satisfaction, and support working parents—all while giving children access to high-quality, multilingual early education in a nurturing environment.
Summer Program for Children Ages 5–8 Give your child a summer filled with exploration, creativity, and fun! Our full-day program runs from June 16 to August 27, and you can choose any week or sign up for the entire summer. At Global Children School, we provide a balanced and nutritious menu tailored for preschool and school-aged children. Each day includes breakfast, lunch, and a healthy snack—designed to expand young taste buds while supporting growth and development. Example Daily Meals:Breakfast: Cereal with milk or a veggie omelet Lunch: Borscht with meat or vegetarian option, served with rice cakes or bread Snack: Fresh fruit, yogurt with cookies, or a cheese stick with crackers Our meals include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
