Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

The Website includes Contact, Admissions Inquiry, Parent Information Booklet, Event Registration, and Newsletter forms. Depending on the form you choose, information may include:

• parent or guardian name;
• email address and telephone number;
• preferred campus;
• child age, age group, or general program interest;
• desired start timing and schedule preference;
• event or inquiry topic;
• a message you choose to provide; and
• newsletter marketing consent.

Fields that are not relevant to a particular form are not included in that form's submission.

2. Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, the Website and its service providers may process technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of a visit. The Website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel on the production Website to measure traffic, understand Website use, and measure confirmed form conversions. These services may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies according to their own policies and settings.

GCS form-conversion events sent to GA4 and Meta do not intentionally include parent or guardian names, email addresses, telephone numbers, child information, dates of birth, or message contents. Conversion events may include non-identifying values such as form type or selected campus.

3. How information is used

Information submitted through the Website may be used to respond to an inquiry, provide requested admissions or program information, follow up about a booklet or event request, manage a newsletter subscription, route a request to the appropriate GCS recipient, maintain the Website and its forms, detect abuse, and understand Website performance.

Ordinary inquiry consent is used so GCS can respond to the request. Newsletter marketing consent is requested separately.

4. Where information goes

Website form submissions are sent to the GCS Next.js server hosted on Vercel. After server-side validation, form information is sent through the configured server-side email provider to the appropriate GCS recipient. When configured, the same validated submission is also sent server-to-server to a GCS Google Apps Script Web App and Google Sheets workflow for lead routing and follow-up.

The Website does not expose email-provider credentials, automation endpoints, or integration secrets in browser code.

5. Third-party services

The Website uses third-party services that process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Vercel hosts the Website and its server-side form endpoint.
• The configured email provider delivers Website form notifications to GCS.
• Google Apps Script and Google Sheets may receive validated form submissions for the existing GCS lead and follow-up workflow.
• Calendly provides separate tour-scheduling pages and may collect scheduling information directly from you.
• Google Maps provides campus map links or map content.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel provide Website measurement and conversion reporting on the production Website.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that service's privacy policy.

6. Payments and Brightwheel

The public GCS Website does not directly collect or store payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, or full payment credentials. Current-family management, billing, and payments are handled through Brightwheel, a separate third-party childcare management platform. Information entered into Brightwheel is handled through Brightwheel rather than the public Website and is subject to Brightwheel's terms and privacy practices.

7. Children and sensitive information

The public Website forms are designed for a parent, guardian, or other adult contacting GCS. They may request a child's age, age group, or general program interest when relevant to the inquiry.

The public Website forms do not intentionally request an exact child date of birth, medical information, disability or diagnosis information, Social Security numbers, banking information, or payment-card information. Please do not include this information in a free-text message submitted through the Website.

8. Newsletter choices

The newsletter form requires explicit marketing consent. You may withdraw that consent by using an unsubscribe method provided with a marketing message or by contacting support@globalchildrenschool.com. A request for GCS to respond to an ordinary inquiry is separate from newsletter marketing consent.

9. Security and retention

Website forms use a server-side submission process, and configured provider credentials and integration secrets remain on the server. Server-to-server form integrations are required to use HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information may remain in the systems described in this policy as part of GCS communications and follow-up. Questions about a specific record or retention should be directed to GCS using the contact information below.

10. Questions and requests

You may contact GCS to ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted. GCS will review requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
